Marketing Manager Market leading location based Digital Advertising business in Rosebank is looking for a Marketing Manager that will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate their brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Your creativity and strategic mindset will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

With a keen understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, you will collaborate cross-functionally to optimise marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience National Degree and 5+ years related experience Field of Study : Marketing / Communications / Digital / Brand Management Key Performance Areas Executing strategies and plans that establish brand consistency and increase sales. Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance. Develop conceptual campaigns designed to stand apart from competitors. Define goals, schedules, teams and budgets that are realistic. Explore risks that could impact the strategy, as well as other issues like team availability, delivery of resources, training, etc. Developing marketing strategies for both current and new products. Quality and impact of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Leadership & Proactive Approach Managing the Marketing / Design Department Managing Marketing / Design team. Monitor and track the current progress of every team member. Brainstorming ideas and writing briefs. Foster and maintain collaboration, accountability, and engagement amongst all team members. Work with team members to develop innovative strategies, products and services. Manage day-to-day planning and provide support and guidance to the Design / Marketing team. Have daily stand-up meetings with the team. Meeting Deadlines for Required Deliverables Ensuring that all marketing materials, such as ad creatives, presentations, campaign materials, etc. are completed and delivered by agreed‑upon deadlines. Setting deadlines for compiling and presenting marketing / campaign performance reports, ensuring timely communication of results and insights for decision‑making. This includes shared project deadlines with other departments. Budget Management & Cost-Effectiveness of Marketing Efforts Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign‑specific marketing budgets in alignment with overall business objectives. Negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure cost‑effectiveness and maximize value. Review and approve marketing expenses to ensure they align with budgetary constraints and strategic goals. Identifying New Opportunities & Drive Innovation Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimisation, and acquisition growth. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends. Internal Communications & Collaborating Across Departments Meet with the Sales department on a regular basis and have a monthly meeting with the whole Sales department to discuss upcoming campaigns, events, launches, product updates, etc. Meet with the Ad Operations department on a regular basis (minimum twice / month) to discuss live campaigns, general campaign performance, outstanding creative, etc. Meet with the Product department on a regular basis (minimum twice / month) to discuss new / upcoming solutions, features, projects, etc.
