A leading restaurant group in the Cape Town region is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives across six upscale restaurants. The successful candidate will drive brand growth, deepen guest engagement, and elevate the group’s market presence through creative campaigns, effective digital strategies, and hands‑on execution.
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand values.
Lead brand positioning, campaign planning and management across multiple outlet concepts.
Manage digital marketing (social media, content, email, PPC), traditional marketing (print, partnerships) and PR efforts.
Measure and report on campaign performance, guest acquisition, ROI and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with operations, F&B leadership and guest experience teams to align marketing with service delivery.
Oversee marketing budget, vendor/agency management and supplier relationships.
Maintain consistent brand voice, image and communication across all restaurants.
Support event‑based promotions, influencer and media engagements, and local partnerships relevant to the food & beverage sector.
Mentor and manage junior marketing staff or external agency partners.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role, within hospitality, F&B, or restaurant environments.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, ideally within restaurants or hospitality.
Strong digital marketing skills (social media strategy, content creation, PPC/paid media) and ability to interpret analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with strong organisational and project‑management ability; able to manage multiple brands or outlets.
Own driver’s licence and ability to travel to St. Francis Bay when needed.
Based in Cape Town and able to commit to a live‑out role.
Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per month (DOE)
