Marketing Manager (Brand & Content) – Global, Remote

Crease is looking for a world-class Marketing Manager (Brand & Content) to lead our global brand narrative, content engine, and social presence.

This role sits at the intersection of brand building, content strategy, and fast execution – perfect for someone who understands culture, design, performance, and storytelling at a deep level.

You'll work across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and emerging platforms to manage brand marketing and content that builds demand, elevates our brand, and drives real business results.

About the Role

Crease is looking for a world-class Marketing Manager (Brand & Content) to lead our global brand narrative, content engine, and social presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Crease's brand and content marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Plan, manage, and schedule content across social platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Build and manage the marketing and content calendar in alignment with brand priorities.
  • Work closely with the creative, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive community engagement across key platforms.
  • Create visually sharp, brand-aligned content with support from our media & design team.
  • English fluency required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
