Summary: Are you a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager? Our client is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead brand growth and sales expansion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Marketing across the African continent (Advantageous)
- Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies beyond just social media.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing within the automotive sector preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales across African markets.
- Graphic design: create visual materials for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, brochures, and social media content.
- Implement and manage various marketing approaches, including:
- Retail Marketing Promotions, point-of-sale materials, showroom activations to boost dealership sales.
- B2B & Fleet Marketing targeting fleet buyers and businesses with tailored campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Websites, email campaigns, SEO, paid media strategies beyond social media.
- Event & Sponsorship Marketing: planning trade shows, exhibitions, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
- Content & Brand Storytelling: creating engaging campaigns to build customer loyalty and trust.
- Strategic Partnerships & Trade Marketing: collaborating with industry partners and suppliers to strengthen brand positioning.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement campaigns tailored to diverse African audiences.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive lead generation and increase sales conversions.
- Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and campaign rollouts across multiple African regions.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and trade partners.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven execution across multiple platforms and strategies.
