We’re looking for a young, dynamic, and creative Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate about digital storytelling and modern marketing trends.

Salary: R30 000 – R60 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and manage all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop strategies to promote the organisation, its products, and services.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication that attracts and retains customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as media and advertising agencies.
  • Report to senior management on marketing performance and campaign outcomes.

Creative Content & Brand Management:

  • Manage and grow social media platforms and online communities.
  • Create, direct, and edit engaging marketing content across various formats.
  • Lead content planning to ensure a consistent and impactful brand message.
  • Conduct website audits and collaborate on improvements to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, design trends, and technologies.

  • External: Customers, media agencies, suppliers, and creative partners

Requirements:

Education:

  • Matric / Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
