Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy, as well as various go‑to‑market strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, brand recognition and market visibility.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and optimising market opportunities.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and manage the execution of events to promote brand awareness, visibility and market authority.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating effectively with internal and external partners to align objectives and exceed expectations.
- Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards, implementing robust governance processes to manage risks associated with marketing initiatives.
- Effectively manage the internal marketing team and ensure collaboration at the highest level with any external partners that may be used.
- Manage external provider relationships in accordance with company values.
- Ensure all marketing activities are carried out in line with the relevant Quality Management System, driven by ISO accreditation guidelines.
- Manage and implement all internal and external communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma (e.g., Commercial or Marketing).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including social media marketing.
- Experience leading projects – advantageous.
- Project management experience – essential.
- Experience in a safety‑environment context – advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge
