Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of marketing professionals and manage all aspects of brand communication, digital marketing, social media, product collateral, and customer-facing materials, working closely with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Maintain and enhance brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Lead and execute the strategy within an OEM business environment, focusing on brand positioning, product promotion, and market visibility.
- Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, product guides, case studies, and sales kits.
- Lead and develop a marketing team, which may later include subordinates, including graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketing staff, both in-house and external resources.
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
- Manage PR and media relations, including press releases and editorial content.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Develop event strategies that align with lead generation and brand positioning goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or CIM certification) is advantageous.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience
- 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Prior experience in an OEM, industrial, or B2B technical environment is strongly preferred.
