The Marketing Account Manager works with the Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate all marketing and digital advertising activities and executions for both iStore and our partner regional marketing initiatives across the continent. Responsibilities include ideation, concept development, internal creative briefs and reviews, external media agency briefings, frequent budget and performance optimisations, and high levels of agility and pro‑activity. The role also covers weekly newsletter database email communication planning and execution, performance analysis and monthly reporting for all activities, and financial administration and billing for all above‑the‑line digital marketing costs. Strong written and verbal skills, excellent organisational and project management abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a data‑driven analytical approach are essential.
