Job Title: Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support property sales and leasing objectives. You’ll work closely with sales, design, and external partners to position the company’s properties in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, SEO, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and generate leads.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and signage.
  • Manage branding for properties across all platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales goals.
  • Plan and manage property launches, open houses, events, and exhibitions.
  • Manage content creation for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives; optimize based on insights.
  • Liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, and media for campaigns and PR.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.
  • Monitor marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and lead a team or external collaborators.
  • Creative flair with an eye for design and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with real estate marketing platforms (e.g., Property24, Private Property, Zoopla, etc.)
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or PropTech tools.
  • Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • PR or media relations experience.
