Candidates must demonstrate EXCO-level exposure, with proven experience in budget ownership, performance analytics, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement. The ideal profile combines customer‑centric innovation with transformation alignment and a track record of driving measurable brand growth. To lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention and brand growth across retail channels. The role requires a commercially minded marketer with strong digital fluency, customer lifecycle expertise, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across retail formats, including physical stores and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Own customer lifecycle programs, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead omnichannel campaign execution across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and external agencies to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics to executive stakeholders.

Requirements
  • BCom, BSc, or equivalent analytical/financial qualification preferred.
