Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (U.S. time zone preferred, EST hours 8AM-6PM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to work directly with the co-founders to drive strategic growth and brand awareness across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who can translate vision into execution — helping shape the company’s marketing direction, manage ongoing initiatives, and actively identify new opportunities to grow the brand.

You’ll be deeply embedded with leadership, learning the brand voice, understanding the company’s long-term goals, and turning strategic ideas into actionable marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
  • Partner directly with co-founders to understand high-level business goals and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Track campaign performance, measure impact, and iterate quickly based on results.
Brand & Content
  • Learn and refine the company’s brand voice and tone to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Oversee or assist with copywriting for campaigns, social media, newsletters, and brand collateral.
  • Manage and improve brand assets across digital platforms (social, web, email, etc.).
Social Media & Community
  • Help manage the company’s social strategy — including posting cadence, community engagement, and partnerships.
  • Explore new social and creator channels where the brand can grow its presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams and founders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to launch — not just creating plans, but executing them end-to-end.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital strategy (startup or creative industry experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to take high-level direction and turn it into measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
  • Highly organized self-starter who brings new ideas and executes them independently.
