Purpose Of The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in our competitive landscape. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding our market reach.

Key Performance Areas
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. This includes conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats, setting objectives, and defining target audiences.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. This includes managing brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target customers.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of these initiatives to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms. Evaluate the performance of campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop strategies to engage existing customers and enhance relationships.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing initiatives. Focus on optimizing the conversion funnel to increase the percentage of leads that turn into customers.
  • Work closely with sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product launches. Foster collaboration to ensure a unified approach to market penetration.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact. Track expenditures and adjust strategies based on budget performance.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to leverage mutual benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies. Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging the exploration.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Content Marketing) are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector, specifically in glass or related materials.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Strong background in conducting market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
