Position Summary
Drive Nespresso's business results and brand image by translating the global marketing strategy into the local market and ensuring a consistent Nespresso customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analysing external data (market and consumer) and internal data (channels)
- Developing insights and recommendations for the organisation
- Formulating and communicating a consumer‑journey strategy across all channels
- Ensuring a high‑quality, consistent brand image across all marketing initiatives (IAP, CRM, product launches)
- Providing marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels to improve business results
- Collecting channel feedback to refine the consumer‑journey strategy and marketing initiatives
- Activating Nespresso's consumer base to drive results
Department and Management Responsibilities
- Drive the overall organisation's business results by making tactical and strategic decisions
- Build a sustainable organisation and stay current on industry developments
- Act as spokesperson within the organisation and lead the department’s results
- Translate global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results
- Ensure optimal investments and decisions in the operational planning process (CAPEX and OPEX) with Finance leads
- Manage the P&L / budget within the department
- Align with HQ stakeholders and other markets on strategy, priorities, and best practices
- Improve and implement efficient ways of working in line with operational plans and company guidelines
People & Performance Management
- Attract, retain, and develop talent through coaching and learning activities
- Build a strong, collaborative team with shared goals and purpose
- Set individual performance goals tied to organisational priorities and monitor progress using PDP methodology
- Lead by example in NLF behaviours and safety leadership
- Promote a culture of teamwork, ambition, and professionalism in a happy, healthy, safe work environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
- 5‑6 years’ experience in marketing management
- Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales with a strategic mindset, preferably in a high‑end luxury brand or FMCG
- Extensive organisational and leadership experience
- Experience in marketing research, CRM, brand management, PR, and end‑to‑end marketing exposure
