An established and proudly South African FMCG business is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join its leadership team.

The company has built a strong national presence through its commitment to freshness, innovation, and sustainability and is now looking for a passionate marketing professional to drive brand growth and market expansion. Reporting to the Executive Team, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, increase market share, and deepen consumer engagement.

This role requires both strategic insight and hands‑on creativity, with a strong understanding of FMCG marketing dynamics, brand positioning, and digital communication.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and engagement through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
  • Lead product positioning, packaging, and brand communication in line with company vision and market trends.
  • Manage social media, content, PR, and influencer initiatives to build authentic consumer connections.
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and category insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Measure campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to guide future strategy.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
