About the Role

We are seeking a creative and hands‑on Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 2‑3 years of experience who thrives in a multifaceted role to make a tangible impact on a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media: Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility.
  • Content Creation: Write content for digital channels, newsletters, and press.
  • Graphic Design: Design marketing assets (digital and print) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • PR & Events: Manage media relations, write press releases, and coordinate corporate events.
  • Marketing Administration: Support reporting, analysis, and day‑to‑day admin tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, social media, and / or design roles (2‑3 years).
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience in property development / real estate is advantageous but not essential.
