Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and market share in the FMCG sector .
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide decision-making.
- Build strategic partnerships and enhance market reach.
Digital & Retail Marketing
- Lead digital, social media, and e-commerce initiatives to drive online engagement and conversion.
- Optimize in-store marketing , visual merchandising, and shopper experience.
- Track ROI and refine campaigns for maximum impact.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide creative direction for brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Oversee development of brand assets, design systems, and key visuals.
- Collaborate with content, video, and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Streamline creative workflows and ensure timely campaign delivery.
Sales Alignment & Business Growth
- Partner with sales to achieve volume and channel growth targets.
- Support distribution, promotional, and retail execution strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and manage key client relationships.
Performance & Reporting
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Team Leadership & Compliance
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards .
- Drive a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4 years in management within FMCG .
- Proven creative leadership and campaign management track record.
- Strong grasp of digital, social media, and e-commerce marketing.
