Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and market share in the FMCG sector.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Build strategic partnerships and enhance market reach.
Digital & Retail Marketing
  • Lead digital, social media, and e-commerce initiatives to drive online engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize in-store marketing, visual merchandising, and shopper experience.
  • Track ROI and refine campaigns for maximum impact.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide creative direction for brand campaigns, product launches, and events.

  • Collaborate with content, video, and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns.
  • Streamline creative workflows and ensure timely campaign delivery.
Sales Alignment & Business Growth
