We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Director with expertise in growing brands online and excellent English communication.
Create strategies to generate job postings and ensure they receive suitable candidates.
Proactively manage all marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising, to hit quarterly targets.
Set realistic monthly goals, track results, and produce monthly performance reports.
Improve on-site user metrics and engagement to boost retention rates and returning visitors.
Business-minded digital marketing expert with a hungry, go-getter attitude.
7+ years growing brands online, with proven experience in at least two digital marketing channels.
Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.).
Strong copywriting ability for ads and campaigns.
Expert knowledge of analytics and at least two digital marketing channels.
Effective team leader and hands-on expert.
Proven ability to use AI to streamline and enhance marketing results.
Ideation-driven with a track record of creating strategies that meet goals.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
