Introduction
The Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for executing a high volume of traditional and online media campaigns to generate interest and registrations in upcoming programmes.
You will manage a wide range of functions including digital marketing, email marketing, graphic design, website updates, creation of marketing materials and brochures, social media, and content creation.
The Marketing Coordinator will also be representing the Institution at schools and events, and supporting overall student recruitment and marketing activities.
You will have the ability to multitask with supreme attention to detail while adhering to deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and traditional media) in line with institutional branding and strategy.
- Create and manage engaging content for the website, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional material.
- Develop brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral that effectively promote programmes and events.
- Maintain accurate, timely reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, and student recruitment metrics.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver targeted email campaigns, promotional EDMs, and newsletters.
- Coordinate and represent the institution at open days, career expos, school visits, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community partners, and other external stakeholders to drive student enrolment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of institutional events such as information sessions, workshops, and student activities.
- Support social media planning, scheduling, and engagement across all platforms.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring SEO alignment and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Monitor trends and analytics to recommend improvements and new strategies for digital engagement.
- Provide input into marketing strategies to support enrolment growth.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, administrative tasks, and general campus administration that contribute to the success of the marketing and admissions teams, as well as the campus.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the education or services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns and social media accounts.
- Graphic design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) would be an advantage.
- Valid driver's license (essential for school visits and events).
