About The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly. This role is central to ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly across multiple platforms. You will manage timelines, coordinate teams, and track campaign progress to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and confident in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar and promotional schedules.
Campaign Execution
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, website updates, and more).
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and developers to move projects forward efficiently.
  • Assist with content creation (social media posts, email drafts, landing pages, etc.) and quality control.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports and insights for leadership.
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks, and adjust timelines as needed.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with marketing best practices and propose new ideas for optimization.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience using Asana.
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns, digital channels, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
What You Bring
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or graphic design tools.
  • Experience in healthcare or eye care is a plus.
Work Requirements
  • 100 percent remote work-from-home
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Must have:
    • Personal computer and essential equipment
    • Reliable high-speed internet
    • Quiet, professional workspace
    • Backup power supply (if applicable)
