Job summary

Pronel Personnel is seeking a capable Marketing Support specialist to assist the Marketing Manager and Sales teams in creating, producing and distributing marketing and sales materials. You will help maintain digital media, e-commerce platforms, websites and social pages across South Africa and selected Sub-Saharan countries.

The role requires a Marketing qualification, 4–7 years in marketing, agency experience is a plus, and proficiency in MS Office with knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing - Diploma / Degree.
• 4–7 years experience in a marketing environment.
• Agency experience an advantage.
• High level of competency in MS Office; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the production and supply of all marketing and sales support material across media (print, digital, social).
• Design and implement marketing campaigns.
• Administration of monthly marketing calendar and planned marketing activities.
• Prepare and coordinate the end-to-end process of digital communication.
• Oversee marketing stock, including design, ordering, replenishment, stock takes and records of co-marketing expenses.
• Assist in managing outsourced projects with third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate and assist with visual displays at shows, exhibitions, conferences and events.

To support the Marketing Manager, Product, Sales and After Sales Teams in the conceptualisation, production, distribution and reporting of all marketing and sales support material as well as the maintenance of all digital media (e-commerce platform, websites and social media pages) in South African and select sub-Saharan countries to achieve medium and long term business objectives.

Duties include:

• Plan and coordinate the production and supply of all marketing and sales support material. Resources include media (print, digital and social), PR, shop profiling POS Catalogues, Sales promotion material, web sites and social media pages.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns.
• Administration of monthly marketing calendar and planned marketing activities.
• Prepare and coordinate the end to end process of digital communication.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing stock, which includes design, ordering and replenishment stock, regular stock taking and keeping records of all co-marketing expenses.
• Assist in the management of outsourced projects to various third party suppliers.
• Coordinate and assist with visual displays at shows, exhibitions, conferences and events where necessary.
