The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team by maintaining our brand identities and executing campaigns across various channels. The Marketing Coordinator will provide all‑around support to the Marketing Manager and team, assisting with various tasks such as campaign execution, content creation, event planning, sponsorship / influencer activities and administrative duties. The above‑mentioned marketing activities will cover The Penthouse, Great Concepts Studios and 5th Ave Fashion marketing activities as their own portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Manager to produce, refine and finalize designs for digital marketing and sales collateral – including flyers and brochures.
- Apply copywriting skills to create compelling content for various marketing materials.
- Utilise Canva for graphic design tasks.
- Use basic video software for video editing projects and deliverables.
- Assist in planning, gathering information and executing external campaigns to fulfil campaign objectives and effectiveness.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including designing and distributing emails via Mailchimp.
- Assist with managing project and campaign deliverables in order to meet expectations and ensure campaigns are on time and within budget.
- Contribute forward‑thinking content ideas that help amplify the brand reputation through experimenting with new formats, techniques and creative strategies.
- Engage with media and influencers to facilitate hair selection and showcase products.
- Build and nurture partnerships and PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive the conceptualisation and creation of digital content for social media channels and website through bringing all types of content ideas to life, from graphic design to photos, videos and multimedia content.
- Assist in gathering information and materials needed for content creation.
- Capture video and photos at live events or ad‑hoc shoots in the relevant environments as and when required and when the opportunity arises.
- Manage internal and external videographers / photographers / editors to plan and produce professional shot content.
- Monitor online interactions and respond to basic inquiries or comments and complaints professionally.
- Assist in managing the company's website updates and maintain website content, ensuring it is current and aligned with the brand's message.
- Coordinate e‑commerce shoot schedules and calendars by liaising with photographers and relevant team members.
- Own and maintain website analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Assist with planning and promoting internal events through various channels.
- Assist with coordinating and running internal and external events, including coordinating with external logistics, suppliers, external partners and managing RSVPs, and preparing materials for set up and support.
- Meticulously track and manage tasks and timelines for marketing projects.
- Creating status updates and reports and communicate those proactively both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with day‑to‑day marketing tasks and ad‑hoc projects as needed.
- Act as support contact to the Marketing Manager for all The Penthouse, Great Concepts Studios and 5th Ave Fashion marketing queries, while identifying and escalating priority issues.
- Assist in collecting and organizing data for analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for marketing meetings.
- Assist with upkeep of department tracking spreadsheet / management tool with all its tasks and documents on a regular basis to make sure own projects are always up to date.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Some employers may accept a high school diploma with relevant work experience or certification.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or event planning.
