Job Title: Retail & E-Commerce Marketing Creative

Bar Keeper is an independent retail and e-commerce liquor brand based in Cape Town.

We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Retail & E-Commerce Marketing Creative.

This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to grow our brand across retail and digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Bar Keeper brand identity across all platforms.
  • Work with suppliers to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Update product packshots, banners, and other digital assets for the website and e-commerce channels.
  • Design and implement marketing material including social media content, newsletters, and in-store visuals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Build and update rate cards, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support in developing and rolling out marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or completed courses in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into effective campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial and strategic objectives.
