Role Overview
As a Junior to Mid-Level Marketing Consultant, you’ll be the ultimate marketing Swiss Army knife—contributing across digital, content, branding, PR, and on-site activations. You’ll help bring our lodges to life through storytelling, brand building, and engaging campaigns that attract and retain luxury travellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Campaign Development: Brainstorm and execute original campaigns that resonate with our target market—whether it's for social media, partnerships, or seasonal offers.
 - Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft engaging content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, website updates, and press releases.
 - Brand Management: Ensure consistent visual and tonal branding across all touchpoints. Help refine brand messaging for both domestic and international markets.
 - Social Media Management: Assist in content planning, asset creation (with designers or on your own), posting, and performance tracking across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
 - Email Marketing: Create and schedule newsletters, automate guest journeys, and optimise email performance.
 - Website Updates: Work with CMS (like WordPress or similar) to update pages, offers, and SEO-optimised content.
 - Photography & Visual Coordination: Brief photographers or assist in photo/video shoots. Must have a good eye for luxury aesthetics and storytelling.
 - Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
 - Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks: Assist with event planning, influencer outreach, brochure development, and anything else that comes your way.
 
Must-Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality).
 - Exceptionally creative thinker with a portfolio or examples of past campaigns.
 - Versatility – a jack of all trades who thrives in a hands-on, ever-changing environment.
 - Excellent writing and editing skills – you know how to sell a dream without sounding cliché.
 - Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
 - Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) a big plus.
 - Comfortable using CMS, email platforms (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar), and basic analytics tools.
 - Passion for travel, nature, and luxury experiences.
 
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the luxury travel or hospitality sector.
 - Basic knowledge of SEO and digital ads.
 - Photography or videography skills.
 - Influencer or partnership management experience.
