Role Summary

Caterpillar Mining is seeking a collaborative and strategic Regional Marketing Consultant to lead dealer engagement and regional marketing representation across Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME). This role acts as a bridge between Caterpillar Mining's global marketing strategy, regional priorities and our dealer network, driving alignment and activation at the local level.

The successful candidate will create and execute compelling marketing strategies, engaging activities and industry events that position Caterpillar as the preferred provider in the region and showcase the full value of our solutions and services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment and is passionate about storytelling, stakeholder engagement and the mining industry.

What Will You Do

Lead dealer engagement initiatives and regional marketing forums.
Localize global content for regional relevance and impact.
Plan and execute trade shows, summits and industry events.
Highlight regional success stories in global communications.
Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure integrated marketing.
Maintain brand consistency across all regional activities.
Analyze campaign performance and feedback for improvement.
Support continuity across APD and global dealer communications.

What Will Put You Forward

Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within mining, manufacturing or automotive marketing.
3‑year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
Proven experience in dealer / channel engagement and regional strategy execution.
Proven ability to lead planning and execution of large‑scale events that elevate brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
Strong storytelling, stakeholder engagement and event management skills.
Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.

Additional Information

Location: Kempton Park, South Africa.
Work environment is 5 days onsite; remote work is not available.
Travel may be required for up to 25%, based on event support requirements.
