We're looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support day‑to‑day marketing activities across various channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who's eager to grow their skills in a creative and fast‑paced marketing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, promotions and general marketing activities.
  • Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media and other digital platforms.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and basic campaign reporting.
  • Help update website content and keep marketing materials current.
  • Contribute to email newsletters, blog posts and general communications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners when needed.
  • Ad‑hoc design work, such as preparing graphics or layouts using tools like Canva or similar platforms, required.
  • Help maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or digital strategy.
  • Proven track record managing social media, newsletters, digital marketing tools and websites.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Meta, Canva, Mailchimp, Wordpress, CapCut or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a broader team and managing multiple tasks at once.
