Our client is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support their Marketing Consultant/Manager in executing a wide range of marketing activities. This is a great role for an enthusiastic individual looking to grow in marketing, with opportunities to learn about digital marketing, campaign management, and brand-building strategies.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordination: Assist with creating and implementing strategies that support client’s growth. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
 - Digital Marketing: Contribute to content creation for social media, newsletters, and website updates. Manage social media scheduling and engagement metrics.
 - Campaign Support: Aid in planning and tracking campaigns, helping to stay within budget and achieve set objectives.
 - Content & Asset Management: Draft, edit, and organize marketing content, ensuring alignment with the client brand voice.
 - Market Research & Reporting: Conduct research on competitors and trends, gather data, and support performance reporting.
 - Administrative Assistance: Manage schedules, book meetings, and provide logistical support for marketing initiatives.
 - Development: Participate in training and workshops, gaining skills in tools like Google Analytics and CRM software.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 - 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing and content creation.
 - Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
