Description
- Manage and support existing client relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base
- Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns aligned with business goals
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings in a professional and empathetic manner
- Track performance against weekly and monthly KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Create and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with content creation, digital marketing efforts, and brand development
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
- Provide feedback to management to improve service delivery and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Friendly, calm, and approachable personality, especially when dealing with vulnerable individuals
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Fast learner and adaptable to new tools, platforms, and systems
- Good time management and able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or care sectors (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, or digital marketing tools is a plus
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
