  • Manage and support existing client relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base
  • Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Track performance against weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Create and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with content creation, digital marketing efforts, and brand development
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
  • Provide feedback to management to improve service delivery and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Friendly, calm, and approachable personality, especially when dealing with vulnerable individuals
