As the Marketing & Sales Coordinator for our client, you will play a pivotal role in aligning head office marketing and sales strategies with a national sales team and dealer network. You will drive campaigns, manage promotional materials, coordinate advertising, and support sales operations with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
  • Develop briefs and coordinate social media content
  • Manage social media platforms and enhance engagement
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and launches aligned with sales objectives
  • Oversee creation and distribution of marketing materials and merchandise
  • Maintain brand integrity across all platforms and events
  • Develop and maintain internal catalogues
  • Support product demonstration and branding at events
Sales Coordination
  • Create and manage budgets and commission structures
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities
  • Compile and analyze sales reports (SAP and GIS)
  • Maintain and update pricelists
  • Manage Dealer Rewards program
  • Provide ad-hoc sales reporting
SAP & CRM Functions
  • Load and manage pricing, promotions, and discount structures in SAP
  • Synchronize business partner data and troubleshoot invoice issues
  • Ensure CRM data integrity
  • Generate Power BI reports
  • Train staff and manage CRM processes and scorecards
Shop Systems & Dealer Support
  • Coordinate shop system and signage design, orders, and installations
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage quotations, payments, and deliveries
  • Develop new suppliers and products for shop systems
  • Technical drawing skills advantageous
General Administration
  • Support Area Sales Managers with reporting and coordination
  • Manage documentation, event planning, and internal meetings
  • Handle enquiries and assist with technical and sales support
  • Conduct marketing research and general administration
Requirements
  • Matric + BCom in Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Expert Excel user : comfortable with large datasets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and advanced functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
  • Design skills highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic problem-solver
