About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and confident Multidisciplinary Designer to elevate our visual communications — across marketing, social media, events and web. You’ll be our go-to for creative and product design needs, shaping the visual identity of GivenGain marketing and branding campaigns and assets while also supporting light product design tasks like wire-framing and prototyping for UX/UI purposes as well as supporting our evolving design system.

This is a hybrid role for an all-rounder with strong design principles, who is used to a fast-paced environment, who is equally comfortable working on high-level conceptual and marketing design as they are diving into detail-oriented, user-centric product design.

What You’ll Do

Brand and Marketing Design

  • Design marketing collateral for digital and print requirements, e.g. digital ads, social assets, email graphics, presentations, lead gen pages, digital campaign pages etc.
  • Maintain and evolve GivenGain’s visual identity and brand consistency across different channels.
  • Support creative campaign design for our charity partners, e.g. landing page design, social media assets, poster design, site asset creation etc.
  • Work closely with our marketing, events, and partnerships teams to create original, creative visuals that stand out.

Product & UI Support

  • Create simple wireframes, mockups or interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Work closely with our Head of Brand and development team to enhance the platform’s UX/UI through user research, testing, and continuous design iteration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in a SaaS, startup or agency setting.
  • A strong, versatile portfolio that includes both digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience with simple UI/UX design, wireframes, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Animation or motion design experience, illustration design, experience of Webflow or similar, experience of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and MailChimp or similar.
