A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Marketing and Brand Assistant to provide operational support to the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of brand activities, POS coordination, website updates, and accurate reporting. A key part of this role is supporting quality processes by managing complaint data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring audit readiness for compliance, including SED/ED documentation. This position offers exposure to brand management, activations, and digital marketing, making it an excellent stepping stone toward a career in Brand Management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of brand strategies and annual plans
  • Support implementation of brand activities as per the marketing calendar and report progress accurately
  • Support new product development and packaging updates by assisting with documentation and coordination
  • Manage POS materials, promotional stock, and activation logistics with on-time delivery and zero stock-out incidents
  • Track and report on marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate invoice matching
  • Oversee website updates and e-commerce accuracy, including monthly sales reporting and product updates
  • Provide operational support to ensure marketing activities align with sales priorities through timely POS delivery and communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation for BEE, ED/SED, and audits – complete and accurate files ready for submission and monthly compliance status reports
  • Database Management: Capture and update key marketing, activation, and compliance data
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits
  • Consumer Engagement Support: Assist with complaint data capture, compile weekly dashboards, maintain audit‑ready records, and coordinate closure with the Consumer Engagement Manager
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver projects on time with weekly progress updates.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management or relevant
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG environment
  • Computer literacy (MS Office), with intermediate Excel
