Job Description
Reporting to: Group IT Manager
To lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across the company of Companies, enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all subsidiaries and platforms.
This includes logos, presentation templates, websites, and online and print literature.
Prepare and compile company print media, such as newsletters, corporate
clothing, gifts, etc.
Deal with suppliers to get the best deal in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
Oversee website content, SEO, and social media presence.
Manage paid media campaigns and analytics reporting.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.2
Lead and mentor marketing staff across business units.
Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and report monthly on performance.
Work with businesses in the group to utilize their budget for maximum impact and return.
Bachelors degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum 46 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
Proven track record in strategic campaign execution and brand development.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
