Job summary

A recruitment agency in Cape Town is looking for a Marketing Contractor for a 3-month contract. We’re Hiring: Marketing Contractor (3-Month Contract)

Full-Time | On-Site | Fixed-Term Contract

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Contractor to join a fast-paced, retail-focused head office team on a 3-month contract. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills to support multiple marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of in-store and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Support digital and social media activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are met.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and reporting for marketing projects and activation.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing Manager and broader team.
Requirements
  • Marketing or Communications qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand coordination role (retail/FMCG exposure advantageous).
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite beneficial).
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
