As a Market Development Manager, you'll be a subject matter expert for your region / target market and product(s). You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of information relevant to your region and products to help us excel and stay ahead.
Formulate strategies and plans for commercial and sustainable growth with focus on your region and product(s). Proactively identify opportunities to grow and benefit the region and organization.
Monitor regional KPIs, react to underperformance, and optimize activity. Keep stakeholders informed about trends, challenges and opportunities in your region. Ensure marketing initiatives appeal to and perform at the local level to maximize ROI.
Execute campaigns via the retention marketing team and ensure digital inventory and properties are up to date for your market / language / product.
Work with stakeholders to influence product roadmaps, monitor product changes, and support training and communication on quality and regional / cultural nuances.
Maintain close relationships with Compliance, Operations, Retention Services, Acquisition, Usability & Product, Risk and Fraud, and other teams. Provide local market insights to improve strategy and delivery.
Manage in-country CRM resources and collaborate on high-value customer strategies. Ensure money-in / out mechanisms are understood in collaboration with Digi-Processing and monitor service levels, communications channels, and touchpoints for your region. Drive collaboration with the PE Team for high-value players as needed.
