Key Outputs

Ownership and data maintenance of all product support data sources and providing timely and accurate information to Product Support Management

• Produce regular Aftersales Sales force activity reports for management review
• Track and manage leads raised through digital platforms
• Activate and manage end to end process of credit claiming for Power
• Grow aftersales systems adoption and customer coverage
• Manage the Digital Sales funnel and Prioritized Sales Events action rate
• Manage and report on Aftersales Insights Reports
• Research on new potential customers and industry trends and insights to drive sales in both prime sales and aftermarket

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering / B Com degree (Economics or Finance majors)
• Research and Analysis skills (and scenario planning)
• Proficient in advanced Excel, MS power point and data modelling
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes
