Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, chemical, or process-driven industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in standard costing and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the standard costing model, including annual recalculations and roll-ups.
• Lead month-end reporting procedures, ensuring accuracy of journals related to production.
• Identify opportunities for process automation in the ERP system.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Strong hands-on experience in inventory management

Education

Relevant B.Com Degree in Accounting or Management Accounting (CIMA/Honours preferred)
