Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in operational management (supply chain/manufacturing).

• Exposure to WCM, CI projects, and Six Sigma.

• Lead and develop warehouse and transport teams.
• Improve systems, processes, packaging, and equipment efficiency.
• Manage inventory, distribution, and operational reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and safety legislation.
• Develop budgets and manage Capex planning.
• Support new facility setups and staff training.
