Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Johannesburg to support training and skills development. The ideal candidate will manage training logistics, facilitate interventions, and handle SETA submissions. Required qualifications include a Matric and National Diploma in HRM/ETD, along with coaching and assessing qualifications. This role demands 2+ years in L&D within the manufacturing sector, with strong HR legislative knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Registered SDF, Coach/Mentor, Assessor and Moderator qualifications required.
  • Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Translate HR legislative changes into policies and practices.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programmes.
  • Manage SETA processes and compile training reports.
