Job summary

A financial consultancy in Gauteng is seeking a Cost / Management Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management and compliance in a technical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have a National Diploma in Accounting or a BCom degree, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge in JDE/SAP. Responsibilities include budget preparation, financial analysis, and coordination of accounting functions to support business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance and operational environment within a technical manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as either a Cost Accountant or Management Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with commercial and financial management principles.
• Prepare management accounts and financial analysis.
• Coordinate budget preparation and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Manage working capital and perform business analysis.
