The role involves compiling annual product quality reviews, driving the supplier approval program, assisting with audits, customer complaints, and batch release, as well as providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and co-ordinate customer complaints, including trending and corrective actions.
• Maintain supplier and manufacturer documentation and drive the QA-28 approval process for raw and packaging materials.
• Manage the approved supplier, material and manufacturer list (QA-26).
• Compile annual product quality review plans and reports, following up on corrective and preventative actions.
• Manage the Annual GMP Training Procedure, ensuring all records are accurate and training is performed on time.
• Assist with batch release if required by reviewing production batch documentation prior to product release.
• Provide support for general QA activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Desired: BTech in Quality Management Systems / Chemistry, BSC in Food Science / Chemistry or similar.
• Experience: Essential: 2 years QA/QC experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Desired: Experience with Quality Management Systems, customer complaint investigations, and familiarity with annual product review.
