The role involves compiling annual product quality reviews, driving the supplier approval program, assisting with audits, customer complaints, and batch release, as well as providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and co-ordinate customer complaints, including trending and corrective actions.
- Maintain supplier and manufacturer documentation and drive the QA-28 approval process for raw and packaging materials.
- Manage the approved supplier, material and manufacturer list (QA-26).
- Compile annual product quality review plans and reports, following up on corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage the Annual GMP Training Procedure, ensuring all records are accurate and training is performed on time.
- Assist with batch release if required by reviewing production batch documentation prior to product release.
- Provide support for general QA activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Desired: BTech in Quality Management Systems / Chemistry, BSC in Food Science / Chemistry or similar.
- Experience: Essential: 2 years QA/QC experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Desired: Experience with Quality Management Systems, customer complaint investigations, and familiarity with annual product review.
- Knowledge: Food Safety / HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
