About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Electric Welder to join an international construction and fabrication project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, welding, and finishing metal structures according to technical drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints to assemble and align parts accurately
  • Select the correct welding method based on the type of metal and project requirements
  • Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, or applying necessary treatments
  • Weld various metals manually using electric or gas-based methods
  • Inspect, clean, and grind welded joints to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
  • Conduct basic inspections of welds to ensure structural integrity and adherence to standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands‑on experience in welding or metal fabrication
  • Strong understanding of welding processes and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Proficient in MMA (Manual Metal Arc), MIG, or TIG welding
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work
  • Basic English communication skills (advantageous)
