UNILEVER is offering a Manufacturing Excellence Operations Internship at the Boksburg Factory in South Africa. The internship focuses on supporting the execution of the Unilever Manufacturing System and enhancing World Class Manufacturing practices on-site.

Interns will collaborate with the Site ManEx Lead and Production teams to implement improvement initiatives, restore basic conditions, and commit to sustainable practices for people and the planet.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree or National Diploma in a relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and sustainability of UMS/World Class Manufacturing activities.
• Assist pillar leaders in executing plans and maintaining standards.
• Support problem solving and root cause analysis.
