What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the face of our brand—building trust, driving sales, and expanding our footprint. Your responsibilities include:

Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and target new clients and business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Cold call, email, network, and prospect to build a strong pipeline
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
  • Present reinforcing and mesh solutions through in?person meetings, calls, and virtual presentations
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored, value?driven proposals
  • Demonstrate product benefits with confidence and technical insight
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long?term client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client issues and support
  • Upsell and cross?sell to maximize revenue
  • Follow up consistently to ensure retention and repeat business
Performance & Reporting
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPI's, and quotas
  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and market insights
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams to improve products and strategies
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product briefings
  • Travel frequently—locally and internationally—to meet clients and attend industry events
What You Bring
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (mandatory, non?negotiable)
  • 5+ years’ experience in external sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and generating new business
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and lead?generation skills
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions effectively
  • Experience handling objections and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship?building abilities across all levels
  • Highly organized with strong time?management and multitasking skills
  • Self?motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Understanding of sales analytics and performance tracking

  • Industry knowledge in construction, reinforcing, mesh, manufacturing, or related sectors
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in a target?driven environment
  • Strong problem?solving skills and a customer?first mindset
