Indsafri seeks an experienced Managing Consultant to lead business consulting engagements, collaborate with stakeholders and develop practical solutions for complex challenges. You will blend analytical and strategic thinking to manage projects, influence stakeholders and translate insights into measurable outcomes.

You will mentor junior team members, deliver client-ready reports, and drive transformation initiatives while modelling high-quality consultancy practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Substantial experience in management consulting, business advisory, strategy or business transformation.
• Proven experience managing projects or consulting workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business process analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop practical, commercially sound business recommendations.
