Job description

The Manager - UI / UX Designer will be responsible for driving the design and user experience strategy of software products by creating innovative, user‑centric designs and ensuring that user interfaces are both visually appealing and highly functional.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior manager, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and design intuitive UI/UX concepts that align with the expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with other squad members to define design requirements and ensure seamless integration of design into the software development process.
• Leverage functional and technical expertise to ideate and design experiences that are both practical and user‑friendly.
