Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the CEO’s office
- Manage the CEO’s workflow, projects and priorities
- Oversee readiness of the CEO for crucial engagements – collate reports, presentations and submissions
- Prepare for and follow up on internal and external issues and meetings
- Establish processes and routines to ensure the CEO’s decisions are followed up on
- Support the CEO’s decision making
- Coordinate the CEO’s travel, appointments and diaries
- Provide the Executive Leadership Team with information
- Identify ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the team
- Manage data and anticipate needs of the CEO’s team

- Report on all aspects of plant performance, compliance and processes

- Control budget and ensure contractual requirements are met and achieved within budget
- Manage and maintain ISO 9000, 14001, 50001 and 18001 systems and work procedures, monitor and develop training actions and new procedures as required
- Perform plant performance monitoring and quality control as per schedule
- Compile monthly plant progress reports, schedule and attend client meetings
