Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager Support : Office of the CEO, for a one-year contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Qualifications
  • Post Graduate qualification in Business Management or equivalent.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a management level in-charge of two or more of the functions within the Office of the CEO.
  • Advanced business knowledge.
  • Completion of a management or Executive Development Programme (strong recommendation).
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the CEO's office.
  • Manage the CEO's workflow, projects and priorities.
  • Oversee the readiness of the CEO for crucial engagements – ensure that reports / presentations and submission are collated.
  • Prepare for and follow up on internal and external issues and meetings.
  • Establish processes and routines that ensure the CEO's decisions are followed up on.
  • Support the CEO's decision making.
  • Ensure the CEO's travel and internal / external appointments and diaries are coordinated.
  • Provide members of the Executive Leadership Team with information.
  • Identify ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the team.
  • Data management.
  • Anticipate needs from the CEO's team and identify opportunities.
  • Formulation of policies on behalf of the CEO.
Compensation & Application Details

Salary: R CTC for the one-year contract period.
