A leading African financial services group in Johannesburg is seeking a professional to manage and develop relationships with loyalty and rewards partners. The successful candidate will acquire new partners for the loyalty program and implement action plans to optimally manage performance. A degree in Business Commerce or Marketing and experience in partner management and sales are essential for this role.

Job Description
  • To develop and manage the relationship(s), retention and financial performance of the Standard Bank's Loyalty and Rewards partners.
  • To acquire partners for the loyalty and rewards programme.
  • To represent Standard Bank's interests with existing and potential Loyalty and Rewards partners and to optimise the associated customer experience benefits.
  • Develop and implement appropriate action plans to pro‑actively address operational and financial deviations detected in the performance against mutually budgeted commitments with the partner.
  • Identify, analyse, and implement all strategic and operational changes necessary to enhance financial performance for partners and business.
Qualifications
  • First Degree/ Business Commerce, Marketing
  • Experience in partner management or relationship management.
  • Experience in sales, marketing and campaign management experience and a proven track record in Project Management and in business and contract management.
