Job Title: Production Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing production processes.
• Manage Quality systems (ISO)
• Take full responsibility for all production lines.
• Ensure maximum production without jeopardizing quality.
• Do preventative maintenance to make sure production targets are met.
• Continuous improvement of facility and development and training of all subordinates.
• Ensure that all safety standards are maintained and adhered to at all times.
• Managing staff.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• +- 10 years of experience in a managerial role coming from production.

Package & Remuneration

• ctc per month (depending on experience and qualification).
