Sales Manager Position

Our client in the metal processing / recycling sector is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and goals
• Monitor industry trends
• Manage and present budgets
• Inventory management
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Sales and GP analysis
• Supply chain management
• Manage sales pipeline (internal and external sales)
• Manage and control sales processes
• Manage and control procurement processes
• Ensure compliance and safe collection of recycled metals
• Identify new business opportunities
• Project management from inception through to full implementation
• Performance management of direct reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric
• B Com / B Tech / National Diploma : Supply Chain / Engineering / Materials Technology
• Experience in supply chain management and Key Account Management
• Experience in the recycling / metals / steel / similar sectors
